We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 20 years; if at any point your pipes fail during that period of time*, we will repair the failure at no charge. We also guarantee that our piping installations and materials will adhere to all relevant codes in your area. We also guarantee to protect the condition of your home.
• Equipment & Fixture Guarantee 
  We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures installed in your home will perform up to the stated standards and specifications. If we install something in your home which fails due to normal use within the first year, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
• No-Clog Guarantee 
  We guarantee that your interior lines will remain clear when we conduct a thorough drain cleaning service on them. In the unlikely event that a new blockage occurs within 90 days after our initial drain cleaning service, we will come to you and re-clean the drain at no cost to you.
